Hi Suzy! Huge Naruto fan here. No spoilers ahead, don't worry. The next filler arc is actually my favorite filler arc from both series, I think it's very good! People say "It's unrelated to anything in main story" but that's not really true. It's more accurate to say it covers events that happened in the background of the manga and were never shown. It was not written by Kishimoto (manga author), but it does tie into the "canon" episodes.I 100% recommend watching it AND I would love and prefer to see your reactions to it. I think people want you to skip partially because the episodes after filler are reaaaallly good, but I (and hopefully others) want to see you react to it. Obviously I support whatever decision you make, I just wanted to give you an added perspective of someone who likes the filler arc. There are bad filler episodes later on in the series, but these aren't bad at all imo.

The 4th is way stronger than Naruto at this point, he only passed him in one jutsu.

Suzy Lu, I kinda feel bad for telling you this, but u REALLY should skip the next filler arc. The next set of episodes from the main story are INSANE and ur not ready for them!!!

I'm very conflicted about the next filler. I consider most of it to be boring but there are a few Sasuke cameo appearances that I'd love to see the reaction to. And I'm pretty sure we all want to see “D & T vs 3" at the end of the arc if y'all know what I mean.

The Forth Hokage has a lot more than one jutsu. Nope. Naruto has not surpassed dear old Namikaze.

Yeah these episodes they still treat Naruto like he is a kid that doesn't know anything the hate is strong with his classmates

No , Naruto hasn't surpassed the 4th hokage. The 4th is a genius and extremely strong. He has the highest academic scores ever in all the fields and during the 3rd Great Ninja War all the shinobi's of the enemy lands and villages had been given one strict warning and instruction , If u see the Yellow Flash of the Leaf( the 4th was called that) on the battlefield , just run for your lives. The 4th stopped the 3rd great Ninja War in just a few seconds of arriving on the battlefield and all by himself. He is the fastest shinobi ever to be born on earth.

Tbh the next filler is easily skipable. Slow pacing and just doesn’t contribute enough.

Some fillers I would suggest not skipping. For instance. They have episode 317 as filler. I guess you could say so, but this fight isn't off the main story line, it's one worth watching.
