Manga wise it did end here. With a little prologue scene later but then done. And they forgave Sasuke because he didnt kill anyone yet. So there was still room for forgiveness. Unlike Obito. He wouldve been locked up the rest of his days. Just like Kakashi JUST SAID. So there.
Tsunade and the 3rd hokage were the worst. The 3rd never tried that hard and left Danzo with everything and Tsunade was never strong enough to actually protect the village. She couldnt do shit against Pain or Madara. She needed to retire after the war because even she knew that.
