Episode 427 is a filler, but the beginning is relatively important to understand everything. Episode 428 - 449 are unnecessary fillers, episode 451 is a Kannoish filler, you can also uplodge it if you like. The Itachi Arc is from episode 451 - 458. It's worth watching this one, but in the end it's your decision. Episode 459 is canon again and then comes the "Ootsutsuki" filler arc, which I've explained spoiler-free below.
You can also upload the Rikudou Sennin filler episodes (460 - 469) as they are filler episodes but still explain the story between Rikudou Sennin, Ashura and Indra.

I kind of don’t care about the itachi arc at this point. I mean come on it’s the same thing all the time. we already know itachis story she doesn’t need to react to 20 episodes for a small amount of new details added to itachi’s story let’s just get the main story over with
Can I suggest that you please do the Itachi arc but do it after the canon episodes are done as the Itachi arc has nothing to do with the episodes afterwards so you can watch it after. Please consider this option as well. Can't go back to an Itachi arc after seeing where things are right now.
