Well from my perspective,
- If you want to react to Itachi's Arc it's fine, because aside of some episodes it's not so bad.
- If you decide to skip it so please react to the first half of episode 451 and the second half of episode 458. You can even edit them as the same episode and I assure you that you'll get the impression that there was no filler part.
Also the two part I have mentioned above are Canon but if you skip the full episodes you'll have missing material from the main story.The same as when Obito went to the Kamui dimension to save Naruto.
