It's true that Madara is rather tragic, that he just couldn't bury the past and let it end, but there is no way he was ready to lead the leaf. He wasn't ready to serve, there is no way he could lead. They weren't going to pick the guy that demanded life over the one who offered it. Tobirama is cold about it, but I don't think he goes around stirring up strife, he just relays stuff and hard facts to his brother, like "No one wants the guys who annihilated his own clan because he wouldn't give up a war he couldn't win, to lead them." The Uchiha love more so they break harder, but Madara could not let his pride bury the dead and admit he was ever wrong.
No, Madara became bad because through the actions of Tobirama, he saw that the uchiwa clan was never going to be really accepted as members of the hidden leaf, and someday, his people were going to be in danger and create another kind of war. And he was true knowing that the uchiwa clan was living outside the village, and was killed after by leaders of the hidden leaf. So Madara decided to find his own way to create peace in the world, which is not necessarily the best one

well tbh. tobirama was not wrong. but he was also part of the reason he wasnt wrong if that makes sence? so i would agree that tobirama saw the possible outcome. but acting as he did was a big part of accelerateing/causeing it. but i still do blame madara aswell. too some extend. some of it was sorta out of his hands due too the "uchiha curse" sorta speak. "for every love an uchiha has known they gain many times more hate when they lose that love". madara lost his brothers. felt betrayed by his friend. betrayed and abandoned by his clan. and the man who killed his beloved brother took over the "credit" and owneship of the dream and hard work him and hashirama made together...
suzy. some times less is more. im a male not that its important other than i might not understand the makeup part very well. but from my perspective, makeup is an amasing tool too add some extra for dayli life and for special occasions. but haveing a minimum can show as much beauty as amasing placed makeup. what im trying too say is your really just as beautyful with less makeup. also.. what matters aint what mask your wearing.. but whats behind it :)
