hes the you know brat because of the manga translation to English for Dattebayo. That translation isn't 100% accurate, but it does convey the sense of it being used. Dattebayo the phrase is actually fairly important as well to Naruto. The importance will be touched on before the series ends. But for the dub the phrase the morons in charge chose was believe it.... Which btw is never used once in the entirety of any of the Naruto shows or manga. Once the explanation of why the word is used and solely by Naruto you will understand. The morons should have just left the word as it was. I mean we understood kamehameha just fine, we never needed to know it meant turle wave lol. I have the same issue with the change of the ninjutsu skills used in the series. Some are very close to correct, others are just retarded. Choji's comes to mind as I write this. The meaning behind the word is conveyed in how its used. The dub kind cheapens the vibe. In any case that is why he is the you know brat to B. Killer B's name has a different but also cool subtle meaning behind it, as does several of the Raikages close ninja. Love the reactions, thanks.
