Remember the moment after Zabuza death where naruto said he is following his own ninja way and even after when Jaraiya try to convince naruto to change his way but Naruto didn't and choose to be fool forever and smart.

I am amazed about your level of understanding of this show when I know it`s for the first time. At the same time, with all the positivity in the world, you dont get all of the meanings yet, exactly as we didnt. When I watched naruto for the 3rd time or something, I started to realise some things, behind the scene, like this metaphorically exchange of fists, and the purpose of it in the show. I will let you discover your own meaning when you will rewatch it, because im sure you will. All my respect suzy, ill take my hat off, even though Joe Cocker might get mad.

The next set of fillers was torture for me. I almost took a break from watching Naruto they were so boring.

The Pain arc created the Naruto we see here. The Naruto that finally understands Sasuke's Pain and is now the only one that truly gets why Sasuke is doing what he's doing. After his childhood, Naruto doesn't understand why anyone would "want" to be alone. I know some people find his talking annoying but if it weren't for that, Gaara wouldn't be the person he is today and Nagato wouldn't have come around the way he did at the end. I want to say more but I can't without spoiling later moments in the series so I'll leave this incomplete for now.

But if it makes you guys feel better, remember what Naruto said to Itachi? He said "I would defend the village. And I would find a way to stop Sasuke without killing him". Naruto won't just forgive Sasuke right away if he attacks, but he still won't see it as something he can't eventually come back from

Imagine being a fan waiting weeks for episodes and getting blindsided by the almost fight. Don't get me wrong I liked these 2 episodes a lot back in the day, but it's a common tease.

This episode was just so annoying to me. Sometimes I just Hate Naruto's talk no jutsu. Naruto is like the most unrealistic character ever. This dude been friends with Sasuke for like a year, begs for a criminal and is willing to die with him like its some sort of love affair and up to now has not had a one on one conversation with Hinata who actually risked her life for him. This dude is more obsessed with Sasuke, he probably forgets how Hinata looks like. Even Sakura who had the most irrational love affair with Sasuke was able to face the reality.
