Suzy, Naruto not fighting Sasuke here it's not a plot error. Do you really think Madara would let Sasuke die here? Don't you see that Sasuke is an important tool for Madara? Sasuke here would have kill everyone IF he was not so tired of fighting 5 Kages, killing Danzou and he got blind. The show is more complex than just Naruto vs Sasuke. The show isn't delaying this fight because this fight is clearly not supposed to happen now.
You sasuke fans are the cringiest group of people ive seen in my life talking about”he could’ve killed everyone if not tired” lmaooooooo stfu and get sasuke emo dick out ur mouth. Ms sasuke wouldn’t be able to go head to head with ninetail possesed/sage naruto because he cant keep spamming or he will be blind (if you take ninetails away make sure you take away your dark lord sharingans too, then we have sage mode vs no sharingans sasuke lol) if you bring up ems make sure u bring up kcm modes as well o and dont forget kcm with sage mode without the sixth path buff.
People will talk down on naruto for being a jinchuriki(something that the uzumakis are known for but wont say shit about sasueke being an uchija with sharingans with rock lee copied taijutsu a gifted curse mark( which helped him go toe to toe with naruto)and itachis eyes lololololol meanwhile naruto had to supress the ninetails with is own chackra in order to survive which made him clumsy and rely on shadow clones.

Hmm I don't think Naruto is the type to fight his rival while he is at an advantage. He'd want it to be on equal grounds. At this point, Naruto does not want to fight Sasuke, he had changed in that aspect. He understands more deeply about what Sasuke is going through compared to how he was when they first fought where he just wanted to force Sasuke to stay in the village no matter what. In this episode, he tries to sway him one last time with words, to show Sasuke that he still has not gave up on him. But he also gives him a final warning too, that if Sasuke was to attack the Leaf, Naruto would fight him to the death (The fight you desperately want). It's totally in his character to do all this. As for Sasuke's perspective, he likely felt weak due to his fight with Danzo and overuse of his eyes. Plus probably felt annoyed everyone started joining in to interrupt.
I understand that it would be cool to see them fight, but plot wise it makes more sense and is better for them to not fight here imo. It cheapens the effect if they fight every single time they meet, just be patient. You know how many episodes are left, Sasuke being captured and taken back to the leaf right now would be anticlimactic as hell. On the brightside there have been tons of great fights in shippuden, don't forget that Naruto vs Sasuke is not the end all be all when it comes to fights.
Actually it makes sense the fact that if they fight each other seriosly they will both die, because they are equals. If you are as strong as your enemy, then you cannot get any advantage to best him, so as a result, they kill each other! Its like to forces who are crashing into each other, if they are equal they would cancel themselves! Its basic phisics! I know its a sad and kinda creepy thought losing both Naruto and Sasuke but it is what it is!
Suzy I understand where you are coming from with the whole "Naruto and Sasuke should have their fight" and how annoying it has been that the show keeps teasing this fight. But look at it from this perspective that having their fight, less than halfway through Shippuden, would have been very lackluster. Especially considering the build up to their encounters. Of course you have to understand Naruto's resolve. He is ready to kill Sasuke, only if Sasuke attempts to destroy the leaf. Sakura is too weak to take care of Sasuke, Kakashi has the resolve but as we can see Madara stopped their fight. Naruto (the show) has a tendency to flesh things out, (there are 500 episodes of Shippuden for a reason). But it's the build up that makes Naruto Shippuden so great. If this were like Dragon Ball where there is like little build up and then a crap ton of fights, it would just be an ordinary shounen anime. I mean there is a reason why you get invested in Naruto characters due to how much time we spend with them. Be patient, and you will be rewarded.
