I don't think this a reach at all, there are more evidence to support this interpretation it just it's too long to get into it.
Sasuke leaving his team is not different than any ninja leaving their teammates behind to complete the mission (killing Danzo), he stabbed Karin also to get to Danzo but I believe that Karin would of died if it didn't play out exactly like it did (Danzo would of killed her). and Sasuke ended up saving her life in that moment if that is what he planned or not is what is up for interpretation.
also Sasuke isn't brainwashed he is just following his own ninja path and he chose this himself. and your right it's not like Zabuza, because Zabuza was worse he was a bloodthirsty psychopath that killed all his classmates and took pleasure from it, but still he was capable of love despite his "evil" he just buried it deep. so my point still holds.

Not really, if anything i just saw the thing about not moving just so he could land a clear shot at Danzo, he doesnt care about her, and what i meant by the brainwash is that Sasuke is consumed with hatred and rage, he is blinded by it, this is proven even further in the next episodes, remember the whole thing about Curse of Hatred? thats basically whats consuming him.
All he cares about currently is destruction and power, he doesnt care about his teammates at all anymore.
And another point that i didnt addressed, Chidori is a weapon, its meant to kill, all it does is cause severe if not fatal injury, and sometimes even injures the hand of the user.
Besides both Sakura and Karin point out just how heartless he has become, and Karin can see his chakra in great detail, which is really close to reading the mind of the person, she is able to tell when a person lies due to how the chakra reacts, and also tell how much a person changes, like in this case with Sasuke becoming a heartless monster, she knows Sasuke was really gonna kill her.

I started to really hate Sakura since this arc beacuse she proves many things if you view her as a one of the characters from the main cast:

Ty for the memories and speaking of Karin, it seems that was something back from the chunnin exams, so now we get to see another reason why karin fell in love huh. I cant trust sakura after what she have done recently is she going to be a new akatsuki, I wonder.

Sakura is a victim of terrible writing. She's a character that is not meant to be hated but that's pretty much impossible because Kishimoto is a goddamn disaster at writing women, as proven in the story since pretty much every female is either poorly developed, ignored, tossed aside or has no role aside from being a plot device or a love interest and that's it.

If anything Naruto is written worse in this situation, at least Sakura is trying to stop Sasuke due to what he has become, while Naruto wants everyone to not kill him or chase him down because "friends"
