As for as what jutsu he taught Konohamaru if you think about it Naruto only really knows 3 jutsu. Sexy, Shadow clone, and rasengan. It was kinda obvious. And the ending i'd just remind you that Naruto once made that very same analogy. When he was training with Kakashi and Yamato to develp Wind-style Rasen-shuriken. He said it was impossible it was like looking left and right at the same time. Then Kakashi made a demonstration of how he can look left and right at the same time, lol.
The deva path and the asura path are the strongest among the 6 pains... that's why they were included in the hunt team...and this pain didn't go after everyone with the intent to kill..he spared people who told the truth...moreover he could very well have dropped his guard around a kid..whereas kakashi fought the two strongest pains all at once...and not to mention he fought well...he might be weaker in power when compared to those two pains but he outsmarted the deva path thrice..its just that their power level was overwhelmingly huge. So I don't consider it a plot hole
He isn't necessarily. In a straight up fight with each other Animal Path would prob win imo by hiding in Chameleon and having the regenerating dog summoning fight. Without her summonings, summoning pain is obviously weaker than Asura path (mechanical) though. If I had to rank them by 1v1 combat threat it would look like this. Pains in the same number more or less have about the same level of combat threat and their order is debatable. Also top 3 pains are much more deadly then the other 3.
1. Deva (shockwaves)
2. Animal (summonings), and Ashura (mechanical)
3. Preta (absorbtion)
4. Human (mind read), and Naraka (tongue ripping pain)
