Killer Bee's name is more like Killer B. They will explain it ahead on anime. At the beginning, I also thought it was the animal (or insect, I don't know)...

The other jinchuriki lost because everyone in their villages hated them. Only Naruto and Killer B weren't hated. Some people hated naruto but he overcame it.
