You missed the fact that thanks to Saitama saving the boy on episode 1, thats how the Hero association started.

Does anyone think Suzy should try watching Rise of the Shield Hero? I think she would like it.

It's not that I don't think she'd like it, I just think there are much better anime that she would like a lot more and her reactions to would be more entertaining than Rise of Shield Hero. Top of my list would be Steins;Gate, I think if she was a fan of Death Note she'd be a huge fan of that.
