The Genius - Naruto Shippuden Episode 452 Reaction
Comments
The Itachi arc is from episode 451 - episode 458 which you are currently watching. Episode 459 is canon again and then comes the "Ootsutsuki" filler arc from episode 460 - episode 469 which is definitely worth watching. It is like obem with the Itachi Arc only filler, but explain the story of Rikudou Sennin, Ashura and Indra.
Danzo never trusted an Uchiha and saw them as a threat that needed to be eliminated at all costs. Danzo only believes in absolute justice, and unfortunately, Hiruzen's forgiving nature kept getting in the way of that. He needed a reason to justify getting rid of the Uchiha, but, he never got one. He never he any proof to suggest that the Uchiha could have done it. Just some legend of Madara Uchiha. He swayed the higher-ups to make them believe the Uchiha had a hand it the nine-tails incident to greenlight placing them under surveillance and giving them a reason to distrust the village. So much so that they'd try to do something about it. Then he would be able to exterminate the Uchiha like he wanted to and be able to justify it.
The Uchiha due to the 2nd views were always looked upon differently, the Uchiha and fugaku could sense this especially with Danzo's ideals within a place of power. The moving of them was to a faraway segregated area of the village which furthered the clans feeling of being oppressed just due to their name and blood. Itachi chose to protect the leaf and kill his clan to stop the village from being destroyed but if the leaf itself did not allow the oppression and hatred of Uchiha’s, which was institutionalized from the conception of the leaf, to happen then the Uchiha’s would’ve not plotted and attempted a coup d'etat. The main message to take from the Uchiha's downfall is a message as simple as to only judge someone upon their individuality as many of the Uchiha sought peace and even Fugaku wanted to obtain this by taking over the village himself and stop the oppressive nature against is own clan but as Naruto says time and time again wars are started to obtain peace which in fact furthers it away from the peace itself.
Great.. now we gotta wait until 2021 for Suzy to continue the War arc because Itachi fanboys wanted her to watch episodes she's already seen and mostly know about........ i hope she put this arc on freeze like she did the Kakashi arc and just finish it after the end of the War arc.
Itachi is a pacifist which is why he wanted the fighting to end. Even though he is a genius, he never enjoyed fighting. Something to think back on when you watch him and Kisame invade the Leaf and chase Naruto and Jiraiya. He didn't kill Kakashi or Kurinai when he got in the inintial fight with them, even though he could have with ease. He told Kisama it was wise to not engage and to rest. Same with Jiraiya, Itachi and Kisame more than likely could have taken him on. Kisame known to be the "tailless tailed beast" while Itachi a true heir to the sharingan. Jiraiya doesn't have much adept to genjutsu and could barely handle Naruto in his four tail state. Itachi never wanted to hurt these people :D
Fugaku did want to help against the nine tails but he was given orders so he's obligated to follow them. The leafs elders suspected an Uchiha to be behind the nine tails attack since it can be controlled with the sharingan. Remember these elders were raised under the second Hokage Tobirama who hated the Uchiha. If they had let the Uchiha help the nine tails attack would've been over in a instant.
The uchiha were slighted during the second Hokage’s reign. Those seeds were planted and then grown by Danzo. Not to mention the fact they were blamed for the nine tails attack, so no it’s not in their head. That’s like telling me, a Black man in America, that racism or prejudice is in my head. I know it’s fictional, but in terms of the story that’s how I can correlate it.
