Emm no, Minato was younger when he become Hokage, it is said by Feudal Lords during this meeting when Danzo was chosen to become Hokage. And he is one of the strongest people in the Village along with Naruto, Tsunade and Guy. He is expierenced in battle, have Mangekyou Sharingan, can do all 5 changes in Nature thanks to the sharingan plus he is student of a former Hokage. Tsunade is still in a coma, Naruto can't be Hokage at this point, he's too emotional and lacks of basic Shinobi knowledge, Guy would be too bored as a Hokage xD So as u can see AT THIS POINT Kakashi is the only option. And i don't think it's a bad option :D
kind of sad to say but reaction channels like suzys really help with the loneliness i've felt this year, from breaking up with a girl i've been with for 4 years, to having no friends at all and then this virus destroying any chances of me getting out there... thanks suzy
Yes Madara is relatively weakened from the fight with the 1st Hokage but he wanted to finish his project as fast as possible without resistance so he came to the meeting of the Kage and tried seriously to tell the people that they should give up because that didn't work he had to start the 4th Ninja World War to take the Killers B and Naruto by force now starts a very powerful arc (no spoiler only logical after what Madara said)
