Midoriya felt sooo much pressure from being no.1 for a minute in a game. Imagine the pressure All Might must constantly be feeling being and having to maintain being No.1 in real life. He had to put on a smile, maintain everyone's faith in him, fulfill their expectations and beat an unbeatable Nomu while hiding the fact from everyone that he was in soo much pain
