Valid question, next episode covers it. Which I am sure you have already seen. But honestly as a re animation the body his soul inhabits is already dead so I would think it should not be a problem. Also which could play a part, the body that was used to re animate all 4 Hokage were Zetsus which were grown from the ells of the first. So that in and of it self could make them different than the rest. Main thing to take away is that Minato no longer has the 9 tails and can't use its power with out it. Not that he needs it, he has always been a beast with out it.
