If you want an okay anime for kids - Boruto is an option.
But compered to Naruto it is trash.
Boruto's score is fair (around 5.5 out of 10)

pokemon is an "okay" anime for kids.. boruto goes much futher than that. surely u will agree on that much? i will agree that the avrg audience seems lower set for boruto than naruto.

Boruto has gotten a lot better and you'll love it because it has a lot of fan service in the good episodes.
