I think she has this impression that its madara because of the voice maybe. Remember in the tenchi bridge episode where kabuto came as sasori's spy and yamato and team 7 went to capture him, yamato changed his voice to match sasori...ninjas have this ability so obito is pretending to be madara as madara said "until I'm revived you will be madara uchiha". So obito is doing madara's bidding and that's obito only. He was brainwashed by madara and by what he saw (kakashi killing rin).

Remember Madara is dead already, that's Obito not Madara.

Madara is dead. Madara died of old age when he removed the gedo statue from him. Madara put "his will" as the black part of Zetsu. That's fully Obito, but he's also always around with Zetsu. That's not Madara, or Madara controlling obito, or Madara in obitos body, that's 100% Obito. But he IS fulfilling Madaras wish, which is the moons plan, Madara turned Obito into believing that's what must be done. In the episode, you see Obito have a flashback of Kakashi killing rin, he remembered that moment while watching Yahiko die in a similar way. That flash back only makes sense because that's Obito. In the present, as you know, Madara is revived via the reanimation jutsu, because he did die. But the plan was always to eventually bring him back to life. The idea was to have Nagato revive him, but he instead use that jutsu to revive the entire hidden leaf after the attack and his talk to Naruto. Madara being revived by the reanimation was not the initial plan, but he's making due with that.

She keeps on complaining about flashbacks but seriously judging from this episode she REALLY needed the flashbacks to remind her what is going on in the story
