You really think that those classmates can help her kill Sasuke ? If they were there , someone could be died like Kiba or Rock lee . Yeah he just had 2 major battles before this fight. And yes Karin healed him before hight with Danzo. But still he has not been healed much since defeating Danzo. So I bet he was/is pretty exhausted from his fight with Danzo. Which is a blessing for Kakashi, as Sasuke fully rested would probably wipe the floor with kakashi.
