This fight gets better and better btw, its one of the best fights in the whole series so im glad you didnt stop watching it cause your favs died. This fight not only has good fighting, but also some deep philosophical themes so I urge you to listen to the conversations. You say you hate pain which is very understandable, but towards the end you might feel different. just saying, there is more pain but also some unexpected twists that will have you question whats good and whats not. Hope you watch the whole fight in one go though, its more epic that way :)
Hi Suzy, Japanese is the language that pronounces with emphasis on Vowels.
疾風伝=しっぷうでん=シップウデン=SHI PU U DEN
On the other hand in English Consonants is emphasized more than Vowels.
That is the difference between Japanese and English and then I think the Voice actress pronounced it the way more closer to Japanese style and that's it.

Guys did anything happen while we personally watched jiraiya die and kakashi' harmed but I didnt actually blame PAIN for that.
Being one of those fans who completed manga waited for anime.
This show really does splended job over reasoning the villian ideology and PAIN is actually one of those who are considered to be brutal in their ways but have strong reasoning over things they do and been deceived by hatred.
I remember not cursing him but, his situations and things he's been through.
Killing jiraya is unforgivable but they both died for the same reason isnt that reason enough to say that both student and sensei had same motives but had taken different path due to his experiences.
No Offence guys ....
