I made an account just to say this. If you think naruto is trash for saying this you are wrong. In any military it is not a democracy it is a dictatorship. The Hokage has absolute power. She could have said no easily. And if Jiraiya refused to listen he would have been a missing nin. Tsunade knew the risks and basically allowed one of her best weapons to commit suicide. Pathetic....

u have to understand that naruto is such deep show with great meanings..sasuke starting to change to worst person than he had ever been bc he just killed some1 for the first time in his life and not anyone but his own loving brother, his ideas and thoughts about justice must have been changed and altered by this and thats bound to happen this is what it means to build relatable characters
