I agree with you completely "those" are supposed to be foreshadowing for the later episodes and they completely spoiled that. Although the one thing you missed completely was the fact that 4th hokage was Kakashi's teacher. It was explained in episode 76 at 4:14. I was expecting your reaction to it but was disappointed.
I mean, not to defend people that spoil things because it always sucks when that happens. But it was hinted at since OG Naruto and pretty much straight up said it during Tsunade and Jiraiya's departing conversation. Hopefully people calm down and don't ruin big events though because those are needing seen without spoilers.
Well when you were paying attention (and it was pretty obvious) then you know what's up with the 4th, but ye I get it she didn't know so that sucks but I am more surprised that the other thing was spoiled for her, when I saw 126 and the way she looked at the masked guy I knew she had no clue and I was just hoping that it would stay that way...didn't think people would actually go that far and start insulting for not realising who's mask that is
Actually that was a goof on the anime dub. In the manga, Jiraiya outright says Minato was the 4th Hokage when talking with Tsunade. So the reveal was, in a way, the right time. I didn't know the dub omitted that bit of info, though.
About Tobi, the manga is a bit vague on the wording "the power of Madara Uchiha", but in the dub he outright says he is Madara.
But yeah, spoiler sucks. I, personally, don't care for them, but if a reactor is watching a series (thus needing to be genuinely surprised as things happens), it takes away a lot of the feelings.

Maybe it's different when you read the manga, but as soon as i read those respective chapters when they first came out. it made perfect sense to me and i was shocked. i was like holy crap it's finally confirmed it's his dad! wtf tobi isn't just some loser?! i got that pretty quick and I was like 19 at the time. I am now 30 years old. i don't consider that a spoiler.
