Ah yes! Inuyasha is such an amazing series and I'm glad you're reacting to it^^ It's my favourite anime of all time even though I've seen many great shows but just the nostalgia of being the first anime series that I ever watched puts it at number 1 for me. The only problem the show really has is that from a modern perspective it's really slow when it comes to pacing. There are a lot of episodes unrelated to the main story (even when it's canon) that tell their own mini stories and there's also quite a bit of filler. Still I wouldn't recommend to skip the fillers because most of them are actually enjoyable even when they are dragging the show a little bit.
Heard of this, but never actually watched it before. Interested to see where it goes.
If you’re looking for something similar to this Suzy (if you haven’t seen it already) then might I suggest Ranma 1/2 which was originally a manga created by Rumiko Takahashi (the creator of Inuyasha) or perhaps Rurouni Kenshin? Ranma might be a bit more difficult to come across, but Rurouni Kenshin is easy to find on both Netflix and Crunchyroll.
