You're gonna run into a lot of fillery flashbacks soon. Most flashbacks in Naruto are good, but the War Arc flashbacks are very fillery. Feel free to skip em or 2x if you want.

I think Tsunade isnt use to not being on the front lines but is unconsciously happy she isnt, and is probably more happy than ever to be Hokage. She has always been a shinobi, team member, family member, and even a lover during war and she dealt with those death for those reasons. Now she can worry about any one under the guise of Hokage.
