he's not underrated most of Naruto community likes him and says he's their faviorte, I personally like Sasuke more just because how he struggled with his past and now tries to do good, I liked him good or bad but, how he went from a nice kid to being obsessed with killing his brother to the point were he would throw away his new bonds, then wanting to destroy his home, then wanting to destroy then rebuild the world, to later trying to see things in a different light is great, and I'm just happy that he's happy now
