What I'm about to say is not canon, but if you want a logical reason she looks so young, she could have Progeria, also known as Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome or the Benjamin Button disease. It's a mutation in the LMNA Gene, and can cause you to look like a child. Am I overthinking this? Yes. Am I possibly correct? Yes. :D
